Arbor Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a family-owned and operated recovery and rehabilitation facility providing exceptional quality personal care. Set on beautifully landscaped private grounds surrounded by pines, our center promotes a safe, peaceful, and quiet setting as our guests go through the healing process to ultimately return to living independently in their community.
Our rehabilitation department is staffed by experienced, licensed therapists who work closely with you and our physicians to provide individualized physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Recovery and rehabilitation are our primary goals, so our guests can return home to enjoy their independence.

Insurance Benefits
Inpatient rehabilitation and skilled nursing services are a benefit covered by Medicare Part A Insurance. Medicare pays the first 20 days at 100% if you medically qualify. With a secondary insurance, you could qualify for up to 100 days of rehabilitation with little or no cost. We will work with your insurance provider.

At Arbor Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, we offer a wide variety of activities for our residents and their families. We have a creative staff that plans activities for our residents daily. Activities include musical guests, church services, Kitchen Club, Garden Club, Men’s Group, bingo, card games, and crafts.
We celebrate many special occasions, holidays and birthdays. Monthly outings are planned to shopping centers, restaurants, museums, sporting events, and many other places of interest. Our admissions and activities departments ensure further attention to detail. We also have evening events, from card games and sports night to special dinners and chocolate parties. Your stay at Arbor Manor is a time of healing and strengthening of the mind, body, and spirit.

Michael S. CielenOur rehabilitation department is staffed by experienced, licensed therapists who work closely with our doctors and management team. We provide progressive, individualized physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our newly renovated therapy room has been expanded to three times its former size, and we added Jackson County’s only in-house aquatic therapy pool.
The combined effects of water’s properties make it a very useful tool for individuals who may have difficulties due to pain, decreased bone density, weakness, loss of balance, or disability. We also offer three specialized modalities: electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and VitalStim. These treatments are commonly used in rehabilitation and have proven beneficial for a variety of diagnoses. Used in combination with a general rehabilitation program, they can increase patient progress and decrease recovery time.
